Accessibility statement

Scope

This statement applies to https://dyxvalonthun.world, operated by Dyxvalonthun from the United Kingdom. We want as many people as possible to use the site, including users who rely on assistive technologies or adjust colour contrast and text size through browser settings.

Standard we aim for

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. We test key templates with keyboard navigation, visible focus, semantic HTML landmarks, and descriptive alternative text for informative images. Third-party embeds (for example maps) are subject to the supplier’s own accessibility statements.

Equality Act 2010

Service providers in Great Britain must make reasonable adjustments so disabled people are not placed at a substantial disadvantage. If something on this site prevents you from accessing our editorial content or contact facilities, please tell us so we can consider adjustments or provide the information in another format where practicable.

Known limitations

Occasional PDFs or legacy graphics may not yet meet every WCAG criterion. Cookie and analytics tools may add interface elements outside our full control; we select configurations that support consent and labelling. We review limitations during each content sprint.

Feedback and contact

Email correspondence@dyxvalonthun.world with “Accessibility” in the subject line, or use the contact form. We aim to respond within ten working days. You may also follow guidance from the Equality and Human Rights Commission if you need information about your rights.

Enforcement procedure

The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) enforces accessibility regulations on certain public sector bodies. While this site is primarily a private editorial project, we nonetheless follow good practice consistent with UK accessibility expectations. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may refer to the EHRC or, for public sector complaints in Wales or Scotland, the relevant commissioner for your nation.
