Consumer Rights Act 2015

When you buy digital content, goods, or services from a UK trader, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 sets standards for satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose, and compliance with description. At present this website chiefly supplies free editorial articles; if we offer paid digital products in future, pre-contract information, pricing in GBP, and cancellation rights (where applicable under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) will be displayed before payment.

Complaints

Please contact us first using the details above. We will acknowledge complaints within five working days where possible and aim to resolve them fairly. If you remain dissatisfied, you may seek guidance from Citizens Advice or your local Trading Standards service.

Alternative dispute resolution

We are not currently obliged to use a specific approved ADR provider. If that changes, we will name the scheme here and in any relevant contract. Cross-border consumers may also review the European Commission’s ODR platform for information, although participation is voluntary unless mandated for a particular sector.

Online safety

We design content to avoid misleading commercial practices under the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008. Health-related articles are framed as general education, not as personalised advice, to reduce the risk of unfair or aggressive practices.
